The brand of BY HIS POWER presents "MADE TO ORDER" products. Each product is only manufactured when an order is placed, and is made for that specific customer. Due to this we cannot offer returns and refunds. This helps us lower costs, reduce waste, and present to you products you'll love. Thank you for your understanding at this time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is highly probable we will ask for multiple photos. Certain minor batch differences (slight differences in colors, stitching, fade, print ect.) are not eligible for returns.
